Dining in a 400-year-old wine cellar
Vedema Resort is located in the center of the traditional village of Megalohori, one of the oldest villages on the island, inviting visitors to explore the traditional architecture of Santorini. Built around a 400-year-old winery that now houses the Resort’s signature restaurant, Alati, offering a unique meat-based dining experience, and created with locally sourced ingredients by Vedema’s Executive Chef Olivier Campanha. Alati showcases two completely different sceneries, to choose from, either within the stone walls of the 400-year-old winery, granting the eatery with a romantic atmosphere, or outdoor dining in the upper terrace, open to star gazing.
